Our edible leaves for plating and garnish are selectively harvested young for their smaller size, colour interesting shapes or flavours. Just like our edible flowers they are grown sustainably and available wholesale in mixed boxes - we don't offer a list that customers can curate items of their choice. If single item choices are required, this can done by special arrangement at additional cost.
Our basic minimum order is 50gms/1 box which has an assortment of 7 different leaf types (see pic above). Our basic mixed box has leaf types suitable for all kinds of international cuisine. We also have clients who require more specific local or Asian flavours- we can do this by arrangement.
Dried Leaves, Zero waste
All excess leaves are usually dried and stored in glass jars in our pantry. Since many of these leaves are also herbs, they are then suitable for making herb teas or used as aromatics for sauces and beverages. See our Dried Leaves.
Storage
Once received, we advise our customers to keep the leaves in airtight containers in the chiller. In general leaves can be kept for a week in the chiller which means most clients rely on a weekly delivery of flowers, some heavier users require two deliveries a week.
